The Refreshment Rooms is an established restaurant on Bedford Road East in Rock Ferry overlooking the River Mersey. The historic building reopened as a restaurant in 2012 after previously serving as a riverside public house. It specialises in freshly prepared home-cooked food served in generous portions. Its period interior and waterfront views have helped establish a strong reputation across the Wirral.
