The Rennet Works is an independent boutique Shropshire cheesemaker founded by artisan producer Matt. Its small-batch cheeses have achieved significant recognition, including Gold awards for its Hallouminati and national recognition for its blue cheese. The business deliberately focuses on specialist production, local milk and a short field-to-plate supply chain rather than large-scale manufacturing.
