Its seed-to-plate philosophy combines produce from its own gardens and smallholding with ingredients supplied by Herefordshire farmers and artisan producers. The restaurant places sustainability, locality and community at the centre of its food offering. It is an established award-winning dining destination in rural Herefordshire.
