The Walrus is an independent Shrewsbury restaurant co-owned by Ben Hall and Carla Ernst. Its seasonal modern British menus place strong emphasis on locality and relationships with regional suppliers. The restaurant is included in the Michelin Guide and is known for ambitious cooking that makes excellent use of Shropshire produce. Its riverside dining room and adjoining cocktail bar provide both fine dining and more informal experiences.
