The Water Rat is an independently owned riverside pub and bar in the Ironbridge Gorge. It serves regional real ales, ciders, lagers, spirits and wine alongside freshly prepared seasonal food. The venue has a large riverside garden and combines its bar with boutique accommodation while retaining a relaxed independent pub identity.
