The Wild Loaf is an independent artisan bakery based on Sefton Street in Liverpool. It specialises in naturally fermented sourdough bread produced in small batches. Its bread is prepared using a lengthy fermentation process and traditional handmade techniques. The bakery supplies local hospitality businesses as well as retail customers.
