The Windmill Inn is a traditional Black Country Ales pub in Rugby, operating from a Grade II listed 18th-century coaching inn on North Street. Run by licensees Gemma and Andy Barber, the pub serves Black Country Ales alongside a rotating selection of guest ales, ciders and perries, with traditional bar snacks available. Facilities include a function room, accommodation, a garden, pub games, sports coverage and live music. The Windmill was named Rugby CAMRA Pub of the Year 2025 and is known locally for its strong real ale offering and community-focused atmosphere.
