Tower Brewery is an independent family brewery established by John Mills in Burton upon Trent in 2001. It operates from a restored Victorian water tower formerly associated with the historic Thomas Salt brewery. The brewery produces a core range of award-winning traditional beers and runs an onsite brewery tap and events venue. Its distinctive location and continued independent ownership make it a notable part of Burton's brewing heritage.
