Txikiteo is an independent Spanish-inspired restaurant and wine bar in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter. Its kitchen specialises in seasonal small and large plates cooked over coal with particular inspiration from Basque food culture. The restaurant pairs its cooking with a carefully selected range of Spanish wines. It comes from the independent local team behind Tiger Bites Pig and has quickly developed a strong reputation for flavour-led cooking.
