Underground Medicine is an independent Coventry nanobrewery based on Unicorn Lane. It produces a varied selection of craft beers across both cask and keg formats. Small-scale production allows the brewery to experiment with different styles while maintaining a distinctly local identity. It remains recognised as an active independent producer within Coventry's brewing scene.
