An independent holistic therapy practice operated by Lisa Smith from Crosby Close in Upton. Lisa has more than thirty years of healthcare experience and offers reflexology, Reiki, aromatherapy, Indian head massage and sound healing. Treatments are individually tailored with an emphasis on relaxation, emotional wellbeing and creating a calm therapeutic environment.
