Widnall Bakery is an independent artisan bakery based in Oswestry and led by baker Samuel Widnall. The bakery is known for cruffins, sourdough, Danish pastries, focaccia, cakes and savoury bakes and has gained significant industry recognition. Samuel was a Bake Off The Professionals semi-finalist and the bakery holds a five-star food hygiene rating.
