Wild Breads Bakery is an award-winning independent microbakery based in Nuneaton. It specialises in naturally fermented sourdough made from flour, water and salt without additives, artificial flavours or commercial baker's yeast. The bakery also produces pastries and seasonal bakes and maintains an active local ordering operation.
