Wild Cow Dairy is part of the independent family-run Wicton Farm near Bromyard in Herefordshire. The organic farm produces dairy products from cattle raised on a 100 percent grass-fed pasture system, including milk, yoghurt and cheese. Wicton has farmed organically for decades and places regenerative land management, biodiversity and high-welfare dairying at the centre of its approach.
