Wild Shropshire is an independent restaurant founded and run by chef patron James Sherwin. Its micro-seasonal tasting menu is based around ingredients from its own regenerative farm alongside locally produced and foraged ingredients. The restaurant holds a Michelin Green Star and is Michelin Selected for 2026. Its field-to-fork approach has also earned international recognition for sustainability and innovation.
