It produces bottle-conditioned ales and lagers using quality malts, hops and locally connected ingredients. The brewery has earned multiple Great Taste Awards since 2023 and supplies independent shops and pubs around Herefordshire. It remains family and community focused with production carried out from its rural Herefordshire base.
