Yarlet is an independent co-educational preparatory school set in the Staffordshire countryside near Stafford. Founded in 1873, it provides early years, pre-prep and prep education with a strong emphasis on academic development, character and a broad range of activities. The school offers day and boarding provision and promotes a close-knit community in which pupils are encouraged to participate widely. Its latest Independent Schools Inspectorate documentation confirms the school is operating with current pupils and leadership.
