We Shortlist Local Businesses
Our team researches and identifies some of the best-rated businesses across the UK, from independent shops and trades to standout service providers. Using customer reviews, online reputation, and local recommendations, we create a shortlist of businesses that truly deserve recognition.

The Public Vote
Once nominations are live, it’s over to the people. Customers, supporters, and members of the community cast their votes online to back the businesses they love most. Every vote counts, giving local businesses the recognition they deserve without expensive entry fees or industry bias.

Winners Are Crowned
At the end of the voting period, we announce the winners in each category and location. These businesses are celebrated as the top choice in their community — chosen by real customers, not judges.
